Please don’t take this as sexist. I personally believe that most women are able to defend themselves mentally and physically. That said, the “good old boy” mentality includes the need to protect our womenfolk and children. If you have a Twitter account search for the hashtags #NotOK and #WhyWomenDontReport If we are supposed to be protecting our mothers and daughters, our sisters and nieces, our female friends, we have been doing a piss poor job.

This is not ok. If you see media taking this lightly, set them straight. Our sons and daughters must know that behavior like this is not only unacceptable but criminal. The conversation also demeans women and tells what type of person you are.
